Join Lisa Schoenholt for a one hour "Intro To Pilates" class. Let's learn what pilates is, why it works, and how to do the exercises safely. We'll be doing a basic workout and there will be a Q&A session afterwards to help reinforce all the new exercises we just learned. Please wear comfortable workout clothing.
