A mindfulness and meditation workshop for parents and kids of all ages by Mimi Michaels of Kindmindnyc.com. Children are open and receptive, and deserve tools to help them swim through the many waves of life. In teaching kids how to practice and integrate mindfulness and meditation in their lives, they are happier, calmer, more focused, less reactive, and empowered. Parents and kids of all ages are welcome to attend this workshop. We'll keep it very simple and fun! We'll practice mindfulness meditation using techniques and exercises that will keep you and your children engaged and curious while helping you both to find a little more calm and peace. The cost is FREE, but please register so we have a head-count!
