Career Change 411 @ 7:00pm

"The Great Resignation" has evolved into "The Great Reshuffle," as millions of workers have reevaluated their priorities during the pandemic and pivoted to new jobs or new career paths that are a better fit with their skillsets, family life, and long-term goals.

Is it your time to reshuffle?

Join Career and Leadership Coach Rachel Garrett, along with a suite of panelists who have successfully reshuffled, and learn how you can:
  • Define your career goals and how they fit with the current landscape of the labor market
  • Pull off the pivot to a new career path
  • Re-enter the workforce on a new trajectory after time away
  • Secure the role that works best for you!
This event will be held as a Zoom Meeting with moderated discussion and time for a Q&A. You'll be able to get direct face time with Rachel and our 411 panelists.

This webinar will be recorded. Please register to receive the video link.

**PSP wants everyone to have the opportunity to attend our informational webinars. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please email: events@parkslopeparents.com

Rachel Garrett is an ICF certified Career Coach, a mom to two daughters, a lifelong New Yorker and a feminist to her core. She believes that people have the power to take command of their careers and their lives with the choices they make. In her 1:1 coaching and in her new membership Career Command, she helps clients figure out what they want and then give themselves permission to want what they want. With a combination of mindset shifting tools and personal branding know-how from her prior career in marketing, she inspires clients to confidently “speak elevator pitch,” promote their good work and step into their worth.

Carrie Torres pivoted from government Research Analyst to C-suite corporate government relations and fundraising strategist.

Lilach Shafir pivoted from 20 years working with NGOs in international human rights to training, facilitating and coaching thousands of managers around the country and world in partnership with a tech start-up.

Emily Fox left a job in corporate entertainment in favor of culinary pursuits; on the other side of the curtain, she's built a roster of private clients, is a cooking instructor and freelance chef for events and has an MA in Food Studies from NYU.

Jenna Mandel-Ricci has worked in the fields of public health and health care delivery for the last two decades. She recently re-joined the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in a leadership role.

Ellen Hallsworth pivoted from working in a foundation to managing a telehealth program in a hospital system, after moving to New York from the UK.
