Bring your extra seedlings, plants, and pots to the Fall PSP Plant (and Pot) Swap!

Be generous-- split those hostas, sedums, geraniums, houseplants, and whatever you Plant Forward!

There will be muffins, sunshine (fingers crossed), and new items to take home.
 
What you can bring:
--Seedlings
--Pots
--Plants 
--Bulbs
--Extra plant food, tools, etc.
