A fun 30-40 min full body workout that will leave you feeling energized, strong, restored and stretched. Based on classical Pilates method, this dynamic class will adapt to cater to first timers as well as those with experience, so that everyone walks away feeling equally challenged. All age groups and both pre & post partum welcome! You’ll need a mat or rug, but no other equipment required.

Janet is a certified classical Pilates instructor for all apparatus and mat. She has over 12 years of experience teaching private and group classes (including baby & mother classes). Having had both her kids through cesarean, she has first hand experience and is also certified in pre & post partum fitness. She was also the Lead Pilates teacher trainer at Equinox New York.
