Workout with PSP: Soup Can Sweat with Matthew McCurdy @ 10:00 am
PSP is organizing online Free Group Workout Sessions with Personal Trainer Matthew McCurdy via Zoom! Matthew is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Trainer that holds specialties in Pre/Post Natal & Older Adult training. He’s been successfully working as a Trainer in NYC for over 18 years.
PSP Online Training sessions are for all abilities & require little to no equipment (based on your preference). RSVP for one of the Online Zoom sessions & work out with Other PSP Members!
Matthew is rolling out “The Soup-Can Sweat” workout on Friday March 27th at 10am! It’s a fun, 30 minute, all body workout, that can be executed at an easy to moderate level, based on the participant’s desire to “get after it”. Open to all age groups and Pre/Post Natal friendly, this workout can be done with two soup cans, two bottles of wine, or 5lb dumbbells (or even NO weighted items at all)! Other session options to come soon.

By signing up via RSVP for this class I, (Voluntary Class Participant), hereby fully & forever release & discharge personal trainer Matthew McCurdy, PSP, and all assigns & agents from all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, present & future therein.
I, (Voluntary Class Participant), understand & warrant, release & agree that I am in good physical condition & that I have no disability, impairment or ailment preventing me from engaging in active or passive exercise that will be detrimental to heart, safety, or comfort, or physical condition if I engage or participate.
I state that I have had a recent physical checkup & have my personal physician’s permission to engage in aerobic &/or anaerobic conditioning.

“Highly recommend the PSP online workout classes! I've been taking Matthew's Strength Training class on Friday and the Tuesday Pilates class with Dara and I am in better shape now then I was pre-covid. When we look for positive things in our life from Covid, these classes have been one of mine! Pre covid, I took regular yoga classes at a local studio but always wanted to add strength training to my workout. These classes have made that very easy to do. There's no expensive gym membership and it is harder to make excuses not to go since you can do it from home. Both Matthew and Dara are great instructors and the classes are very adjustable to whatever level you are at. I started with very low weights and moved up over time. There's also the added sense of community seeing neighbors and sometimes kids and pets in the background. In Pilates sometimes the instructors toddler crawls up or her tummy during the abs workout :) Grateful for these classes - thank you PSP!”
