Rachel is bringing her usually private and online classes to the people! My classes are often described as being both gentle and effective, simple, yet challenging. My goal is to build functional strength and flexibility to help support people throughout their everyday lives. No props or experience needed. All levels and bodies welcome. Come move with me and leave each class a little stronger, knowing your body just a little bit better, and feeling good!
