In this one-hour workshop for birthing parents and their partners, we will explore a Middle Eastern dance-inspired prenatal breath- centered dance flow that will help to release tight hips and lower back, and tone the belly in preparation for labor and birth.

In this workshop, we will also:

• Practice movements over the birthing ball 
  

• Explore "free movement” and position changes for all stages of labor

• Learn vocalizations, simple counter pressures and massage to help ease labor and birth. 

When: Sunday, June 7th
Time: 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Cost: $25 per couple--please only sign up one person**
