HomeWork Solutions: Paying A Nanny On The Books Webinar

HomeWork Solutions Overview of Household Employment and ‘Nanny Tax’ Compliance in New York 2020

HomeWork Solutions strives to make your life simpler and less stressful by assisting you with the complex management of payroll and employment tax filing for household employees.  Since 1993, we've been working to educate families about domestic employment laws and best practices for successful employment relationships. On February 10th, at 8pm, the Household Payroll and 'Nanny Tax' experts at HomeWork Solutions will be hosting a webinar about domestic employer requirements within New York State.  Short, simple, and packed with valuable information, the 30-minute webinar (with a further 30 minutes of Q&A time), will help participants learn the ins and outs of domestic employment, and what they may be exposed to as an employer.  In the webinar, we will address the following topics:

NEW YORK DOMESTIC WORKERS BILL OF RIGHTS

WAGE THEFT PROTECTION ACT

UNEMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY

WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND DISABILITY INSURANCE

PAID SICK LEAVE

NYS PAID FAMILY LEAVE

*These laws apply to all domestic workers, regardless of whether they are paid on or off the books or their eligibility to work in the U.S.

Don't miss out! The webinar, hosted by HWS President Jay Schulze, will provide a range of information to New York families. By the end, you should feel secure, at ease, and well-informed about all aspects of domestic employment in New York State.

So come along and see what we can offer you.
