Heatwise offers hot vinyasa yoga classes in a clean, comfortable space with feel-good music and top-tier instructors. All classes are one hour and open-level. The studio uses state-of-the-art infrared heating technology combined with added humidity to enable easy, comfortable breathing and deep, rejuvenating sweat. Temperatures can range from 85-95 degrees. We guarantee a minimum radius of 12 inches around each mat, to ensure room to breathe. All amenities are complimentary, including mats and towels.
