If you’ve lost a parent, parenting your children in their absence can bring up complex emotions. You may grieve for the grandparent your child will never know. You might honor this grandparent in different ways to help your kids know who they were.

Come and talk about them with others who “get it.” This is a low-pressure, mindful environment. Sharing is the goal, not fixing.  

This group is peer-led, not facilitated by a licensed professional. It should not be confused with professional therapy or counseling. The goal is to create a supportive community, not replace professional care. 

We ask that all participants respect the privacy of others and keep discussions confidential. If you'd like to remain in contact with folks after the event, please remember to exchange contact info.

Housekeeping: Brookvin has great wine as well as NA drinks/mocktails and a full bar + small plates and snacks. Please order something to eat/drink and leave a friendly tip :)
