Reclaiming Your Birth Story: Healing After a Traumatic/Difficult Birth

About this event

Difficult or traumatic experiences during pregnancy, birth, or the postpartum period can leave lasting emotional and physical effects—feelings of fear, sadness, anger, confusion, detachment, or loss of control.

If you’ve ever felt unheard by providers, overwhelmed by medical decisions, or isolated in the weeks and months after birth, you’re not alone.

In this informative and supportive webinar, Dr. Olga Fuller of Authentic Insight Psychology  offers understanding, validation, and practical tools to help you begin or continue your healing. Together, you’ll explore evidence-based approaches to process trauma, learn grounding techniques to help you feel calmer, and discover strategies for reconnecting with your baby, your partner, and yourself.

This webinar will help you:

• Understand what contributes to and exacerbates difficult or traumatic perinatal experiences
• Dispel common myths about birth, trauma, and the postpartum period
• Reclaim your story and feel validated in your emotional responses
• Practice grounding tools to help calm your body and mind
• Learn about evidence-based therapeutic approaches that support recovery
• Explore ways to
nurture connection with your baby, your partner, and yourself

You don’t need a diagnosis to benefit from support—and it’s never too late to begin processing healing. Whether your experience involved medical trauma, unexpected complications, or quieter emotional pain that still lingers, this space is for you.

Time will be set aside for Q&A.You will receive a link to the webinar the day before the event.

This webinar will be recorded. To receive the recording, please sign up for the webinar.
