The SDS Journey: Post-Separation Challenges is a meetup to support a safe space in our community to share, process and build strategies for emotional recovery for those experiencing negative post-separation issues. This could include financial abuse, co-parent alienation, verbal and physical abuse, gaslighting, using children to maintain power, narcissism, and other negative behavior that adds to the difficulty of co-parenting. Please join us for this event to build a safe space. This event is open to ALL individuals, and is LGBTQ+ inclusive.

NOTE: this group is peer-led, not facilitated by a licensed professional and should not be confused with professional therapy or counseling services. The goal is to create a supportive community, not to act as a replacement for professional care. If you have specific concerns about your physical or mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. 

We ask that all participants respect the privacy of others and keep discussions confidential.  While we cannot guarantee the complete confidentiality of the information shared, we want this to be a safe space for people.
