PSP Back to Work 411
Are you going back to work soon? Is your family leave winding down? Are you an expectant parent thinking about how to maintain work-life balance when you return to your job?
If you're looking for wisdom and real-world advice from moms who have recently gone back to work after having a baby—PSP is here to help! All who identify as moms are encouraged to join us for PSP Back to Work 411.
The cost is $10.00 for members and $15.00 for non-members. We want everyone to be able to attend PSP events, if you are experiencing financial hardship please email: events@parkslopeparents.com.
PSP Back to Work 411 offers first-hand advice from a panel of experienced working moms who've been there, done that. The panel will share their stories, honest experiences, tips, and “aha moments” that will hopefully give you a head-start on planning your return to work.
Topics will include:
- Morning and evening routines
- Tips for getting out the door on time - or getting in the right headspace if you work remotely
- Prepping for nanny/daycare/childcare
- Balancing schedules with partners
- Discussing flexible work schedules with employers
- Pumping/feeding tips and wisdom
- Creating sustainable emotional and mental health support
