Managing Anxiety-Related Meltdowns with Small Brooklyn Psychology @ 8:00pm

Join Small Brooklyn Psychology for Managing Anxiety-Related Meltdowns with Jill DiPietro, LCSW and Maddy Lawler, LMSW on Wednesday, March 10th @ 8:00pm

Kids lose control for lots of reasons, and it sometimes results in a massive meltdown that's hard for parents (or kids themselves) to manage! Sometimes these meltdowns are a result of anxiety and the fight-or-flight-or-freeze response-- and knowing this contributing cause can help head off the next one.

This webinar is best for families with children from toddler age up to ten years old.

Therapists Jill DiPietro, LCSW and Maddy Lawler, LMSW, of Small Brooklyn Psychology, will discuss these kinds of meltdowns, how to better manage them in the moment, and how to use concrete strategies to reduce meltdowns in the future. They will also discuss how anxiety generally presents in children, so it's more easily recognizable.

Park Slope Parents is a proud media sponsor for these Small Brooklyn webinars.
