Please join PSP and ergonomics expert Dan Cayer for a PSP Lunch & Learn Webinar: Improve Ergonomics and Focus While You #WFH on Thursday, January 28th @ 12:30pm.

Managing Your Body:
Learn how to update your workstation, inexpensively (or for free), so that the ergonomics work for dynamic posture, not against it. Learn how to take just a few movements and restorative postures to help repair and recharge your body.
Managing Your Time and Focus:
Working nonstop is not a strategy (except for burnout) and controlling Internet/email/social media usage is challenging. We will review ideas for targeted “micro-breaks” throughout the day and learn simple techniques and apps that can restore balance IRL and online.
