This PSP Coping Webinar will give you tools and help you manage your own and your family's expectations during this stressful transitional time. The webinar is for parents with school-aged children of all ages.

This time of year is often difficult for students, parents, and teachers. Covid has made the transition to school even more complicated. Dr. Coor will guide you in preparing for this transition with a mindset that will help you and your family acclimate to Covid-based change. The workshop will help parents to:
- Define the new normal: masks, social distancing, hybrid schooling, work/life/schooling balance, limited socialization opportunities, and difficult decision-making.
- Understand what is developmentally appropriate during a transition and what to watch for.
- Acknowledge and manage the grief for adults and children.
- Prepare for the transition with a mindset that will help families acclimate to Covid-based change.
- Manage expectations and create a plan for September and October.
