Dara is a Power Pilates certified instructor having completed a comprehensive training on the apparatus and mat. She has 15 years experience teaching large groups and individuals, specializing in pre/post natal and special case clients. With strong verbal cuing, this style of class is empowering and inclusive to all fitness levels.

Let's spend 40 minutes together as a community to achieve even the slightest dose of normalcy. We can do it together!
In this classical Pilates class (with a twist of course!) we will breathe, move, strengthen and stretch. 

As a new mama  (and PSP member) myself I encourage you to come as you are, even if all you do is breathe with us or take a moment to yourself on the mat.

All fitness levels are welcome and only a mat is needed (even carpet will do). Optional light weights (or canned goods)

**While these sessions are Free of Charge, voluntary gratuities of any amount are welcome & much appreciated!
