Navigating Perimenopause and Menopause with Confidence
Join Park Slope Parents and NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital for a discussion designed to provide clear answers, practical strategies, and the support you need to navigate this major life transition. The event will feature a panel of medical experts, including a gynecologist, internist, endocrinologist, and a registered dietitian.

Thursday, November 20, 2025 from 6:30pm-7:30pm

Our panel of medical experts will discuss:
• Overview of perimenopause and menopause
• Nutrition and weight management
• Hormone Replacement Therapy
• Maintaining bone health

Event will be hosted in the auditorium of NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, located at 506 Sixth Street. Light refreshments will be served. Pre-registration required.

Enter at the Carrington Pavilion:
Please enter NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital through the Carrington Pavilion circular driveway entrance, located at 506 Sixth Street (between 7th and 8th Avenues). All guests will need a form of ID to check in at the information desk to the right of the entrance. The event will take place in the East Pavilion Auditorium. To get there, after receiving a Visitor's Pass, take the nearest elevators or glass staircase up one flight and follow signs for the East Pavilion Auditorium. There will be signage to guide the way. Kindly leave yourself about 10 minutes to enter and get situated in the auditorium.
