Find out how Brooklyn BEAST's High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can save you time and give your whole body an incredible work-out.
This Mamas-Only class, led by Brooklyn BEAST GM, Kristie Alicea, will cover:
- Diastasis recti
- The importance of kegels
- Pelvic floor integrity
- Activating transverse abdominis to repair separation
You will also get the chance to sample a BEAST class which includes three circuits, is always full-body and always at your own pace.

This demo class is FREE but capacity is limited so sign-up now.
Children cannot be accommodated in the space.
Class requisites: Must have had your six-week check-up and be cleared by your doctor to work-out. If abdominal separation is an issue, make sure to clear this with your doctor or PT.
Brooklyn BEAST's HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts provide similar fitness benefits to continuous endurance workouts, but in shorter periods of time. HIIT workouts burn more calories than traditional workouts, especially after the workout.
HIIT training has been shown to improve:

• Cardiovascular health
• insulin sensitivity (which helps the exercising muscles more readily use glucose for fuel to make energy)
