Move It Momma Group Fitness Class
Move It Momma is a one hour group fitness class that combines cardio and strengthening exercises with an emphasis on core rehabilitation and conditioning. Led by Certified Fitness Trainer and mom of 3, Chana Balk, Move It Momma is a fun and challenging workout for moms with kids of all ages, not just new moms. Babies and toddlers are welcome but not required. Chana aims to not just offer a great workout but also to educate moms about fitness and postpartum health in a functional and honest way.
If you like the class, a fall session will begin in Prospect Park shortly after this demo, so you'll be able to talk to Chana about the details after the demo! All PSP members receive a discount on registration.
