Join Us For A Post Pregnancy Workout And A HITT Class Presented By Mom In Balance!
- Name of Activity: Mom in Balance Total Body Workouts for pregnancy and moms
- Date: Wednesday May, 24th, 7-8 pm (pre- and postnatal class), and Wednesday May 31st, 7-8 pm (High Intensity Workout for all moms/dads)
- Total Body workout outdoors for pre- and postnatal and for moms who love to sport outdoors. It's an 1 hour workout, where we train all the main muscles. In the pre-/postnatal class we will make sure, you train the muscles to stay strong during pregnancy and after giving birth with focus on the CORE. We mostly train with our own body weight and elastic bands. The moms/dads High-Intensity class is an energetic and powerful workout with strengthening and cardio parts in it to keep you fit and in shape.
- Prospect Park, Entrance 9th street, Prospect park West. We meet at the big statue.
